When I first came to Forouz, I was not looking to purchase or lease. I was just looking to test drive a used Mazda 6 to see in which direction I wanted to go (finance or lease new). My car was taken to the dealership due to a possible coolant leak. Mazda called me and told me the entire engine had to be replaced and that it was a problem with Mazda. They did not elaborate, but said Mazda would pay for everything. The car was at the dealership for at least a month, but they offered to give me a loaner, but I had another car I could use so I didn't need it. They called me weekly and kept me informed.

Sales rep gave us a good price over the internet, and then helped us get a test drive, taking care to ensure the car was clean and safe. Knew the car, knew to take care during this strange Covid-19 time. Low key and knowledgable.
