The Capistrano Mazda Customer Care Pledge: Our Response to COVID-19

As COVID-19 concerns grow in our community, we here at Capistrano Mazda have committed to providing a clean and comfortable facility for our customers each and every day. As a result, we’re taking the following measures to make sure our dealership stays sanitary:

  • All customer touchpoints are cleaned and sanitized hourly
  • New pens are provided to each customer to complete transactions in order to avoid cross-contamination
  • Shared magazines have been removed from the customer lounge
  • The popcorn machine will not be used until further notice
  • We will refrain from handshakes and hugs, but know that we still appreciate you and consider you family
