I've been taking my car to Capo Mazda since I bought it there 8 years ago. The level of service is always great and I'm confident my car is in the best possible shape. I also appreciate how my service advisor, Cyrena Morena, is always looking out for my best interests.

I bought my CX5 a few weeks back and I love it. This is a great dealership that has an excellent selection of models, and their sales and finance team, is top notch. I could have bought my car at any other Mazda dealership, but I liked the way that I was greeted when I walked in, and Diego is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles; he made buying my car, easy. John, the finance manager was able to qualify me for a lower APR than my pre-approved bank loan, which saved me lots of money - yay! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a Mazda, new or used.

Otto is a good guy and the process was very straightforward. I was debating amongst 3 different colors for a 24 Miata and he had all 3 cars ready for me to see in person and honored the agreed upon price. You can trust this place for a smooth buying experience with honest salesmen that are not trying to nick and dime you.

Capistrano was overall very courteous in my search for a new CX-5. While I did not ultimately purchase from Capistrano, Forouz was very friendly and responsive over email/text providing answers for every question I had. Wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them if you were in the market for a Mazda.

I cannot recommend this dealership and Otto highly enough! After months of frustrating experiences with other dealerships where I dealt with bait-and-switches, refusal to answer basic questions, last minute price changes, and misleading practices — I finally had a smooth and transparent experience here. The price we discussed over the phone was the exact out-the-door price. No hidden fees or games. Every option was clearly explained, and there was absolutely no pressure throughout the process. This was as easy of a process as buying a laptop. Otto truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. When I encountered insurance issues that caused delays, he patiently worked with me for hours to resolve them. He even gave me a ride to the train station when I needed one. On top of his exceptional service, Otto is geuninely an expert on Mazda vehicles. Despite this being my third test drive of the exact model I purchased, and having spent hours watching YouTube videos about it, he still managed to demonstrate and explain features I hadn’t come across before. After visiting six or seven dealerships over the past three months, this is the only one I can recommend without hesitation. Miles Brandin (owner) sent me detailed information and options so I could take the time to choose the right one for me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted as if I was a family member. Very good experience. After getting a jump thru Mazda Roadside Service (covered under warranty), I was able to get a same day appointment with Capistrano Mazda, for a battery check. It was found that I had a bad battery and it was promptly replaced (covered under warranty). Good job by service advisor AJ and a free car wash too !
