I purchased a CPO Mazda MX-5 with Otto. The experience could not have been smoother. This is by far the best car dealer I have been at. From the first moment you get into the showroom, you feel a warm welcome vibe. Walmer Landaverde was amiable and helpful, he guided us through the vehicle-selling process. In the beginning, I was not even considering Mazda, but I decided to give it a try and was nicely impressed by the quality of the vehicle and the high end of the look and feel of the interiors. They fixed my idle shaking caused by random misfire. Ended up it was just spark plugs. They installed OEM ones. Looks like my NGK ones turned out to be fake ones. It was pricey. But I was ok because finally problem was solved. Before that I spent plenty of time and other technician too. We both could not imagine that my almost new "NGK" spark plugs could be fake.
